Time to Talk Day: Mental Health Support

This Thursday, 2nd February, is ‘Time to Talk Day’. Run by organisations nationally including MIND and Rethink, the day aims to bring people together and open up conversations about mental health.

Happening every year, it’s a day for friends, families, communities and workplaces to come together to talk, listen and change lives.

‘Tea & Talk’ in Surrey

Supporting the day, End Stigma Surrey are holding drop in ‘Tea & Talk’ sessions at three locations across Surrey.

Talking about mental health isn’t always easy, but a conversation has the power to change someone’s life for the better.

Why not join End Stigma Surrey at one of the following ‘Tea & Talk’ sessions:

  • Sunbury (St Saviours Church Hall) – 10am-12pm
  • Stanwell (The Community Building) – 1.:30-3.30pm
  • Epsom (Epsom Library) – 4.30-6:30pm

Support and more

Alongside FREE refreshments at each session, there will also be mental health conversations, support and more.

You can meet other people with lived experience of mental health challenges, find out more about local services and support and what is available in your community.
